PRINCE2 Agile is a combination of the popular PRINCE2 method with an Agile approach.

PRINCE2 Agile provides a complete agile project management solution and combines the flexibility and adaptability of agile with the governance of PRINCE2. Partly because of this, PRINCE2 Agile enjoys great popularity in corporate organizations and governments.

The PRINCE2 Agile framework supports the integration of project management and existing approaches for agile product development within your organization. For example SCRUM or KANBAN.

The Agile approach focuses on the executive team. It provides effectiveness and agility in making the products by working with "sprints". This means that in a short period of time, often two to four weeks, you and your team deliver a result that can be put to use. Maximizing added value is always paramount when compiling the sprints.

PRINCE2 Agile is suitable for all projects. You can therefore use it for realizing a marketing campaign, moving to your new office, delivering a new machine to your customer, a consultancy assignment, and so on. Moreover, by tailoring the method to your project, also called customization, you can use PRINCE2 Agile for smaller and larger projects.

PRINCE2 Agile has 2 levels of certification

PRINCE2 Agile Foundation

The PRINCE2 Agile Foundation training is intended for anyone who wants to develop basic knowledge and skills for working in agile projects. Think of project team members, product developers, project managers, project supporters, advisers and controllers.

PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner

Participants in the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner training must already be in possession of the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation certificate. The training is aimed at people who have to set up, support and secure project management. Think of project managers, project supporters, controllers, consultants and team managers.

The teachers have extensive experience and will use many practical examples to convey the material in an enlightening manner and prepare you for the PRINCE2 Agile exam.

Our interactive e-learning does not only focus on preparing for the exam, but takes you through the theory of PRINCE2 Agile in enlightening modules. You follow the various videos and make quizzes and exercises so that the material becomes clear and sticks.

Virtueel Classroom

Our virtual training courses combine the personalized learning experience of a classroom with the convenience and flexibility of a virtual environment, so participants don't have to be in the same location. The lesson blocks are divided into half-days in consultation and are taught using MS Teams.
