IPMA is not a method, but an independent quality label.

In doing so, IPMA not only looks at knowledge, but also at the experience of the project manager; the competences he or she has.

The IPMA exams are therefore independent of the specific method in which someone has been trained. Independent, objective and transparent.

The competences of project managers are tested against the international IPMA standards. The certificate is therefore recognized in 50 countries. In order to guarantee a high and current level, IPMA certificates have a limited validity period.

Recertification ensures that the knowledge and skills of your project manager remain up-to-date.

An IPMA certification clarifies your knowledge and skills, regardless your academic or professional background. It also offers you insights for further professionalization.

You can get certified at four levels - from starting project manager (level D) to experienced program manager with responsibility for all projects and / or programs of a large organization (level A).

The IPMA training has two levels at Nwdijk:

IPMA Level D The project employee has knowledge of all elements of project management. Project management experience is not required, but it is an advantage.

IPMA Level C The project manager can independently lead limited-complex projects and can support project manager of a complex project with all elements of project management.

IPMA Level C consists of two parts, namely a theory exam and an assessment. The theory must be passed before one can take the assessment.
