This Scrum Master This Scrum Master course focuses on the theory and principles of Scrum. In this training we go through all aspects of Scrum: the roles, events (events) and artifacts. But we also address issues such as requirements, team building, motivation and scaling up Scrum
In this Scrum Master training, the following general objectives are central:
- Introduction to the Scrum method
- Knowledge of Scrum terminology
- Prepare for the PSM1 exam from scrum.org
Voor wie is de Scrum Master training:
De training is er voor iedereen die de rol van Scrum Master ambieert of vervult. Voor deelname hoeft u geen theoretische voorkennis of ervaring te hebben. Het assessment en sommige onderdelen van het lesmateriaal zijn in het Engels.
The group size varies from 5 to 12 participants.
Na afloop van deze training
Heeft u als Scrum Master uw professionaliteit verbeterd met uw kennis van/vaardigheden met het Scrum Framework en bent u toegerust om nieuwe Scrum projecten op te pakken of lopende Scrum projecten naar een hoger niveau te tillen. U bent voorbereid voor de Scrum.org examen voor uw PSM1 certificaat.
